Dear fellow animal lovers,
For the last few nights and days there has been a siege against the local stray dogs of Ploiesti, Romania. Unknown individuals have shot with tranquilizer and taken/ or simply poisoned dozens of animals from all over Ploiesti.
Night of June 13th-14th at 4 AM: dozens of strays shot with tranquilizer and taken by unidentified people, some wearing blue overalls, others dark red overalls… In North side of Ploiesti and West side of Ploiesti. Eye witnesses will hopefully help us identify these men.
Afternoon June 14th, 4 PM: 6 large dogs from Eremia Grigorescu Street, dead or tranquilized, taken by men in blue overalls.
Night of June 14th-15th: more dogs vanished from the North side of Ploiesti; 3 old established strays got poisoned in the South side of Ploiesti.
Evening of June 15th: puppies found poisoned in the South-East side of Ploiesti.
